This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the terms of cancellation and refunds for bookings made on Gramstay s platform.
- Guest-Initiated Cancellations
● More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund (minus service fees)
● 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund
● Less than 3 days: No refund
refunds will be processed and credited into your original payment methods within 7-10days - Host-Initiated Cancellations
● 100% refund to guest
● Host may be subject to penalties or suspension - Force Majeure
We may waive cancellation penalties in case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies. - No-Shows & Early Departures
No refunds unless caused by host’s failure or misconduct. - Platform Discretion
We reserve the right to override policy on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and safety.
